you know when you get those handouts from a workshop you just spent the whole day at and you never look at them again?
Sketch noting is a way to engage your staff and leave them with visuals and an experience they’ll remember.
we all learn differently
Just like children, adults learn differently too. We don’t expect a class of 30 kids to sit still and listen to a presentation all day, so why should adults? Keep engagement levels high with live graphic recording- cast to a screen where you can see the illustrations grow as the learning happens. Illustrations could also just be shared at the end as a cool take away and summary of the day.
be the ones to stand out
We all have different ways we learn best. 80% of what people learn is visual. If you want people to remember your important message and engage with your information, make it accessible to as many different learning styles as you can. That’s where I come in.
I am a teacher- I know how people learn and the benefit of presenting information in as many different ways as possible.
I turn up with my iPad and I draw as you speak and present. Creating a visual summary of your workshop or seminar that your audience can take away as notes and which are more likely to stick in their head after they leave. I specialise in education, particularly IB and international education, but am open to work with anyone who wants to make their meeting or workshop less boring and more engaging for their audience. The best part is that this can also all be done remotely! I can join through zoom or even summarise from recordings.
